Melissa Fazzalaro is in her penultimate year of studying a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resource Management, at Macquarie University.
Melissa is strongly interested in and assists with corporate and commercial transactions including large acquisitions, corporate governance matters, intellectual property matters and foreign direct investment (FDI). Melissa has successfully assisted with drafting a range of contractual agreements and providing advice on shareholder rights. She has also worked on matters involving complex trade mark disputes and trade mark registration issues.
Melissa’s wide skill set is highly valuable to the firm’s production and delivery of specialised legal advice. She is an analyatical thinker and an adept communicator, with a strong business acumen and attention to detail. Melissa also has a growing interest in the areas of employment law, competition law, financial and taxation matters as well as corporate restructuring.
