Courtney Chung studied a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in International Business, at Macquarie University graduating in 2024. She is currently enrolled at the College of Law to complete her Practical Legal Training.
Courtney assists with a variety of corporate and commercial transactions and has a particular interest in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property law, corporate restructuring, and business ventures specifically in the Indo-Pacific region. Courtney has successfully assisted in corporate restructures, trademark disputes and a variety of complex commercial transactions including large acquisitions. Courtney also has a developing interest in Competition Law.
Courtney is an intuitive thinker with strong research and analysis skills which has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of the law. Courtney is an effective communicator and critical thinker with strong attention to detail which is reflected in her work.
